KERALA

Kerala is located in south India and it has been created 1956. It appears on the Arabian Sea. Kerala is bordered by Karnataka and Tamil Nadu states. The Capital of Kerala is Thiruvananthapuram (Trivendrum). It has an area of 15,005 sq. In the 3rd century, it was an independent Dravidian kingdom known as Keralaputra. The Kulashekhara dynasty ruled the region in the 9th and 12th centuries, when the regional Malayalam language took hold; it is still the dominant language. Portuguese intervention from 1498 was followed by the Dutch rule in the 17th century. Dutch in the 19th century as part of the Madras Presidency under the British rule in the 18th century and were eliminated by this juncture, a princely state. Kerala obtained its present name and shape in 1956. Kerala is one of India's most Thicker populated states. Most Beautiful Places are Back Waters, Munnar, Fort Kocchi, and Varkala.
